Matrix Flavours & Fragrances S.B. (MFF) was incorporated in 1979. Being the first local flavour and fragrance manufacturer in Malaysia, MFF provided an alternative to the US, European and Japanese flavour houses, with internationally cost competitive products of equal or better quality.

Years of exhaustive research and development have seen MFF's flavour range grow to be the envy of most flavour houses and more flavours are being developed and added to the list yearly. With markets now covering most of Asia, MFF's products can come with halal and kosher certification to meet this region's unique needs. MFF's Research and Development team stands ready to meet our clients' special requirements, from customizing flavours for food & beverage items even to specialized rubber products.

In its continuing commitment to provide products and services of the highest quality, MFF has numerous quality systems in place, beginning with ISO 9000 certification, which was achieved in mid 1999, with plans for ISO 14000 to be implemented soon.

MFF was awarded an Enterprise 50 prize in 1997 and again in 1998. The Enterprise 50 award is a yearly government award given to the 50 most successful and innovative businesses in Malaysia's Small-Medium Industries sector.
